ProWay is pleased to welcome Michael Dean as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Michael joins the company at an exciting time in ProWay’s journey and we are confident his experience, leadership and industry knowledge will help guide the business into its next phase.

Prior to that he was General Manager of Roddy Engineering, overseeing a team of more than 60 staff and helping grow the business while implementing modern systems, leadership programs and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Earlier in his career Michael also held senior roles with companies including Kotzur, Laing ORourke,Schneider Electric, Hyne Timber and Austrak, where he gained extensive experience in manufacturing management, supply chain optimisation and large-scale industrial operations.

A key theme throughout Michael’s career has been his commitment to building strong teams and developing people. He believes successful organisations are built through clear communication, accountability and empowering employees at every level, from the shop floor to senior leadership.

His leadership style is hands-on and transparent and he places great value on understanding how businesses operate day-to-day while working with teams to continuously improve systems, safety and performance.
