ProWay don’t sell yards straight from a catalogue. We use our range of standard designs as a benchmark for working capacity which are then fine-tuned to meet the individual needs of our clients. In many cases we design from scratch, drawing on our extensive design library to create a facility specific to your needs.
PROWAY YARDS ARE BUILT TO LAST GENERATIONS
Finer details such as operator and vehicle access, where gates swing from, gate length, yard orientation, corners in yards and pen size, all influence stock flow and ultimately, your profitability.
All ProWay facilities are drawn in CAD software to ensure measurements are accurate and fit as designed come construction.
THE PROWAY DESIGN ADVANTAGE
ProWay measure your site with survey and satellite data to record relevant existing fence lines, elevation, roof structures, trees and other infrastructure or services which can be factored into your new facility. This provides a significant advantage and cost saving as in many cases, existing holding yards or structures can be utilised in the new build.
For green field sites we work with you to ensure site selection will best suit your property including best access for stock, operators and trucks.
On top of your design, we provide site preparation guides which can include recommended new fence lines, laneways and earthworks, as well as turning circles for semi and b-double trailers so you can be sure everything fits.
