Shearing Shed, Birchip Victoria
Contractors were focussed when they took on this L Shaped 5 stand Sawtooth Board at Birchip Vic recently. With a raised wool room, the extent of the Cypress Pine tongue and groove timber was extensive. With meticulous attention to detail by the team, the shed came together with unparalleled accuracy. The interfaces between FRP and grating were particularly important and a seamless transition has been achieved. Forward planning and scheduling by the team led to fast installation to the highest quality and the client is delighted. The new shed is fed from an existing shed which always proves tricky when it comes to ramp angles and interfaces. The existing shed grating has had some upgrading as well incorporating FRP to replace the tired timber grating.

Capella Cattle Yards, Qld
Based deep in Qld cattle country, this large job has the working yard capacity for over 600 head, with further existing extensive holding yards. Our contractors worked methodically through this monster, radiating out from the working area and interfacing into existing facilities, including an existing loading ramp. The scope includes a H Race, Calf Race, Pound with overhead drafting, low level walkways around the tub and lead up lanes, 8x12m Roof over the crush area, 5 way draft and all pneumatically controlled. To top it off we added a fixed truck loading platform to the existing loading ramp.
